'TidePlateau' had a humble beginning with an ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint and family-operated storefront, passing down cherished recipes across the generations.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza preparation while visiting various regions in Italy, particularly learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples. Once back in the UK, their mission was to offer the same Italian pizza experience, observing traditional techniques and selecting top-notch ingredients.

From its original form as a cozy pizzeria with just a dozen seats, it has become a treasured neighborhood gem. Despite our growth, our dedication to superior craftsmanship and authenticity remains intact. We proudly continue to use classic wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough each day, and seek out the most exceptional ingredients available.

Currently, 'TidePlateau' is still under family ownership, with the next generation of the Rossi family at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Despite adopting some new techniques, our fundamental philosophy persists: to create scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites our community.
